our Facility

We have 3 state of the art paint rooms.  Two of our booths are 70foot long, 18 foot wide and 16 foot tall with the ability to bake the paint at up to 140 degrees.  Our third booth is a 50 foot down draft with a 150 degree baking capability.  We are a certified Sikkens and Dupont shop.  We have three mixing machines to be able to customize colors and color match existing paint with our cameras

Using steel grit and different size glass media we able to sandblast a vehicle in our 66 foot blast room and move the vehicle directly to a paint booth with our the vehicle going outdoors. We go to the extreme to ensure vehicle is lifted off the ground on stands with all wheels removed so that we can blast the complete suspension ensuring that all old paint is removed.

We work with all insurance companies and will do free estimates.  If you are unable to bring the vehicle to us we are happy to come to you to do an estimate.  We also  offer a hood program for certain models we can give you a hood to use while we are repairing or replacing yours to save on down time.

Depending on if it is just a small repair or a complete refurbish trucks are disassembled, prepped for blast, cabs and hoods are repaired as needed.  

Our body techs have over 50 years of combined experience repairing fiberglass and plastic components.
